"And I heard a great
voice out of heaven saying,
Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men,
and he will dwell with them,
and they shall be his people,
and God himself shall be with them,
and be their God."
Revelation 21:3
Joyfully Live For Him!
The presence of God will be with His people, and
He will forever dwell with them! Heaven will be
wonderful folks!
". . . God shall wipe away all tears from
their eyes; and there shall be no more death,
neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there
be any more pain" (vs. 4). We will see Jesus
as He really is and live in His presence
forever!
God's promises are true, and He is always
faithful to His Word. And when we get to heaven
I believe we will completely understand how in
everything, God worked for our good. All the
unanswered questions we had here on earth, and
all the pieces of the puzzle of life, will be
put together for us when we come into His
presence. He will have all the answers waiting
and we will praise Him for all His dealings with
us! As Paul tells us in 1Corinthians 2:9. "Eye
hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have
entered into the heart of man, the things which
God hath prepared for them that love him." I
don't think we could visualize or even imagine
this awesome kingdom of eternity which He has
prepared for us.
But what should boggle our mind more than
anything else, is that sinners like us are going
to heaven. We are so unworthy of His love. But
He loves us anyway. "For God so loved the
world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish,
but have everlasting life" (ohn 3:16. What
greater love could there possibly ever be? None
greater than this!
It is incredible that God has given us the gift
of eternal life in heaven. We do not deserve it.
We never will. Only by God's undeserved love,
His amazing grace, have we come to faith and
received heaven as our home. Now, may we
joyfully live for Him before we live with Him!
May God bless you as you live for Christ,
looking toward your heavenly home
