To My Readers:
Again, my heart is saddened, and my soul weeps with the news that yet another musician and poet had been called home. The Lord must be calling all his singers home, as news just arrived that Ken, the gospelman, passed into Jesus' Loving Arms this evening. Please join me in prayer for Chrissy and all those who loved Ken.
God Bless and remember...........
U R Loved.

Dearest Karen, You have written such a beautiful tribute to a wonderful man. I never had the honor of really knowing Roger but I did enjoy his poetry. He was a man of many talents & his writing brought this out for all to enjoy. Thank you for featuring so many of his writings. We will miss him greatly.

Hello Karen,

A beautiful tribute to a wonderful man.

Like so many I am saddened to read of Roger’s passing, but he is now at peace with the risen Lord.

One day we will all meet and rejoice.

A beautiful poem about our dear friend Roger Corell. He would have been so proud and happy to know how many truly cared about him and to read these words. It brings tears to my eyes.

To My Readers:
I wish to inform you that one of my Guest Poets, an accomplished writer, and a Prayer Warrior, Roger Corell, was called home and is walking with Jesus in the land of no Sunset or Dawning, singing His Praises, and spending time with loved ones who have gone before.
Roger is the Author of The Old Fashioned Cookbook, a remarkable piece under Guest Poets, and tells the story of how this came to be written as well.
Please read this if you have time, and say a prayer for Rog's wife, Kathy, and their daughters and grandchildren.
God Bless and remember.............
U R Loved.

Dearest Karen,
I really enjoyed your guest poet this update, I have seen Chee Chee's poetry on many websites and greeting card sites as well. She is very gifted and prolific and always a pleasure to read.

As always I enjoyed all your poems about friends and family. You are one of my very favorite poets and your friendship is very precious to me. I am counting down the days with you when you will be off to California to spend quality time with your daughter and her family. More time for you to spoil those beautiful grand daughters of yours. We will all miss you while you are away, but I know you will stay in touch when you are able to.

Love you sweet friend and thanks for sharing with me once more. God bless you always is my prayer,

Hi Sweet Karen, I have spent time reading your lovely Memorial Day tribute & I must say the graphic of a Grandpa praying really struck home with me. You don't see much of men praying like that anymore. I loved the poem & it was ever so true. You captured & honored the day beautifully.

Hello Karen,

Thank you for your latest updates, it is always a true blessing to visit your pages and read the wonderful words that you and others write. You really are correct, Siggy and Shy do such a beautiful job with these pages, each one is special in its own way.

Loved all your pages and smiled at the little boy’s prayer, I can just imagine that actually being real.

Enjoy your summer break and I hope you get some much needed rest and special time with those you care about. Hope you might be around and say hello from time to time as I send out pages, but if not, I’ll know your enjoying life.

Thank you my friend,

God bless you always.

Eddie

Dearest Karen,
What an honor to be your guest poet for this update. Thank you so much for thinking of me and I am thankful for the Lord's guidance in writing the poem.

I have enjoyed all your new poems so much and the older ones too. I know that it is so inspiring for you to remember your days in Hawaii and the beautiful cruise that you had.

You are such a swell friend that remembers me in your prayers as you do so many. Know that I pray for your needs and rejoice with you when a prayer is answered. I enjoyed the sweet poem about the little child praying. We both have little grands that are becoming the right age to begin such sweet prayers to the Lord.
How precious they are.

I thank God each day for your friendship and christian witness to me. You are so special and I love you.

Hi My Sweet Friend,
I loved your poems this time, your poem about Mon Ami was such a loving tribute to one you loved so much....Time is a healer of sorts, but nothing can really take that empty spot in your heart away, ever...A pet becomes part of our family and it leaves us broken for a time when we lose them...
Karen thank you for allowing me to be a part of your wonderful site...The poems you write are truly awesome, and most of them lead us back to the cross where our life really begins...
You remain in my thoughts, heart, and my prayers, and you have all of the love that God's given to me for you, you're a precious friend to me...
siggy
